Return Period: If you wish to return an item, please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item. Return requests received after this period will not be processed.
Product Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging and accessories. Items showing any signs of use may not be accepted for return. - Exchange Policy
Exchange Period: If you wish to exchange an item, please submit an exchange request within 30 days of receiving the item.
Product Condition: Exchanged items must also be unused and in their original packaging and accessories. Used items are not eligible for exchange. - Return and Exchange Process
Submit a Request: Please submit a return or exchange request through our customer service email, providing your order number and relevant product information. Obtaining Authorization: Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.
Returning the Product: Please return the product and any accessories to the specified address. To ensure the safety of the package during shipment, we recommend using a tracked courier.
Processing Time: We typically process refunds or exchanges within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email upon completion. - Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs for returns are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective. For returns due to quality issues, we will cover all shipping costs.
